Cabinet Mandate Development Retreat

Role: Lead facilitator / strategic support
What we did
- Refined and built out the retreat flow, objectives, and session materials, based on the mandate writer’s initial draft and recommendations
- Led the full working sessions with senior leadership by listening, drawing out input, and guiding the group from discussion to direction
- Helped make sense of the outputs by organizing emerging themes into pillars and priorities in a practical format for follow-up work
